Is this actually private?+
Yes. You order directly — no referral, no waiting list. Your results are private to your secure portal and are never shared without your consent.
Do I need a GP referral?+
No. Anyone eligible can order a test themselves. A GMC-registered doctor reviews your results, so you get clinical oversight without needing a referral first.
How quickly will I get my results?+
Most results are reviewed and released within a few days of the lab receiving your sample. Specialist and genetic panels take longer; the exact turnaround is shown on each test.

What happens if something is out of range?+
The doctor reviewing your results will flag anything that needs attention and explain what to do next. Many results that sit just outside a range are still normal for you — about 1 in 20 healthy people do.
